Realtor at Earned Run Real Estate Group
Real estate is not just business for me; it’s a part of my life. I’ve been in the real estate business since 2010. Yes, I was crazy enough to get into real estate when the market was at its worst and realtors were dropping like flies! Watching the struggles and learning the ropes when real estate wasn’t cut and dry made me the realtor I am today.
From navigating my way through short sales and foreclosures, to helping investors buy, flip, and rent, to coming full circle back to the seller’s market and helping sellers get the most out of their home sales and buyers win bidding wars, I am a realtor who has experienced it all.
I was born and raised in Bolingbrook and currently am an Aurora resident. It is a passion of mine to sell in the western suburbs. I have a full understanding of the diverse needs of the families in the community and can easily determine with a phone call what local town fits your needs, wants, desires – and budget!
Prior to selling real estate I worked for a leading advertising company and gained 12 years experience in sales, marketing, advertising, and negotiating. It was an easy transition taking these important skills to selling real estate!
Winner of Chicago Magazine’s 5 star award 3 years in a row, I have repeatedly gained recognition for effectively representing my clients with great integrity and I continue to enjoy learning and growing in this ever changing industry. I love the challenge of developing creative and innovative ways to get real estate sold! I also believe that real estate consists of 4 important factors, EDUCATING the client on the current market and processes, LISTENING to the client’s needs, UNDERSTANDING buyer’s desires and not just selling them a home, and COMMUNICATING and responding quickly.
When I am not selling Real Estate, I enjoy spending time with my family and bulldogs, decorating, cooking, listening to classic rock, and I am a wine and spirits connoisseur.
